Very expensive for an out of date motel. If room was 50 dollars less per night, I would not be as harsh.

The location was perfect for our family trip. We visited the nearby Norman Rockwell Museum, and the kids loved it! The motel offered discounted tickets for the Williamstown Theatre Festival, a good surprise. Our niece enjoyed the stay as well!
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom plumbing could be better.

Really not much at all. Not terribly far from Williams College.
1. Smelly room. I found a deodorizer cone in the room by the fridge. The odor gave me a headache, and I took the cone outside. 2. The room was dark -- only 2 lights, one in the corner of the room the furthest away from the bed, and the other one on the desk. To read in bed, I had to move the lamp on the desk and bring it the closest I could to the bed. 3. The A/C (window unit) was very, very noisy and did not cool the room that much. 4. The window by the side of the bed was difficult to open and to close.Either way, it was noisy -- either noise from the traffic or noise from the A/C. 5. No outlet to plug my laptop close to the desk. I had to work on battery or plug my laptop on the other side of the bed, then place my laptop on the far right side of the desk -- not in the middle where the desk chair fits.6. One of the 3 lights above the sink in the bathroom was out. I stayed 2 nights -- it was not replaced even on the second day. 7. One side of the shower door leaked. I had to use several towels to dry the floor so that I could use the hair dryer without risking electrocution. The second day was better -- I changed the orientation of the shower head, and the other side of the door did not leak.

For the price, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The motel was located perfectly for the things I had planned during my vacation. My room was very basic, but it had a comfortable bed, as well as a small fridge and microwave. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The room had a smell when I first entered it, but I did not notice it once I turned on the air conditioning.
